AFFG was founded in 2013 and is a football management company built on the diverse expertise of its co-founders, Amir Hashemi and Hengameh Mo.
Amir Hashemi is a former Iranian international who has played professionally in England, Hungary and the US. He holds a UEFA A licence, has more than twenty years of coaching experience in the Netherlands and has also worked as a FIFA instructor for the Dutch Football Association.
Hengameh Mo, with medical background from Radboud University Medical Centre.
She uses her professional network to provide players with essential medical and mental support, in addition to managing their commercial deals.
